General Cancellation Policy

At Belovance, we understand that circumstances may change. If you need to cancel any service or project, we request that you notify us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy provides flexibility while ensuring that both parties are protected.

Eligibility for Cancellation

Cancellation requests are eligible under the following circumstances:

1. Service Change: If there is a change in the scope of work or if the project cannot continue due to reasons beyond our control.
2. Contract Breach: If either party fails to meet the contractual obligations, a cancellation request may be initiated.
3. Unforeseen Events: Events beyond the control of either party, such as natural disasters, legal restrictions, or sudden changes in business operations, may justify cancellation.
4. No Fault of the Customer: If the service provided fails to meet the agreed-upon terms or objectives, the customer may cancel the contract.

Non-Cancellable Situations

Cancellations will not be accepted in the following cases:

1. Change of Mind: Cancellation requests made due to a change in decision or after services have been initiated.
2. Work in Progress: If significant progress has been made on the project and cancellation is requested at a later stage without valid reasons.
3. Third-Party Agreements: If the cancellation affects third-party agreements (e.g., software licenses, cloud hosting, or outsourced services), which may involve non-refundable deposits or fees.
4. Completed Deliverables: Once the deliverables have been provided and accepted by the client, cancellation requests are not applicable.

Cancellation Process

To initiate a cancellation, please follow these steps:

1. Submit a Cancellation Request: Send an email to support@belovance.com detailing your cancellation request. Include the project details, the reason for cancellation, and any relevant documents or communications.
2. Review and Evaluation: Upon receipt of your request, our team will review the cancellation grounds based on the service agreement and assess its validity.
3. Final Decision: A confirmation of cancellation will be sent within 3-5 business days, along with details on any outstanding obligations or next steps.

Refund for Cancellations

If a cancellation request is accepted, a refund may be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy. Refunds will be processed based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation and any non-refundable third-party fees.

1. Partial Refund: If work was completed before cancellation, a partial refund may be provided, calculated based on the progress made.
2. Non-Refundable Fees: Any costs related to third-party services (such as software subscriptions, hosting, or licenses) that have already been incurred will not be refunded.

Cancellation Fees

In some cases, a cancellation fee may be applied to cover the administrative costs and any costs incurred up to the cancellation point.

1. Early Cancellation: If cancellation occurs before significant work has started, a nominal cancellation fee may be charged.
2. Late Cancellation: If cancellation is requested after significant work or resources have been dedicated to the project, a higher cancellation fee may apply, as outlined in the service agreement.

Impact on Project Timelines

Once a cancellation is confirmed, the project will be halted immediately. Any work completed up until that point will be provided to the client, and further commitments will be suspended.

1. Ongoing Projects: If the project is in progress, we will notify the client of the timeline for halting activities and deliverables.
2. Deadlines and Milestones: Any missed deadlines or incomplete milestones due to cancellation will be communicated clearly.

Amendments to Cancellation Policy

Belovance Industries reserves the right to amend or update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the date of the last update will be mentioned. It is the client's responsibility to review the policy periodically to stay informed.
